Membership
Beauty, planned a year at a time
A membership is not a card that makes things cheaper. It is a decision, made once, about what you want your hair and skin to look like over the next twelve months — and someone in the salon who keeps that plan with you.
Why membership exists
Most beauty spending is decided in a hurry. A wedding is three weeks away, or hair that has been quietly deteriorating for a year finally has to be dealt with, and the treatment chosen is the one that fits the panic rather than the one that fits the hair.
Membership exists to move that decision earlier. When the year's budget is already set aside, the conversation in the chair changes — it stops being about what can be afforded today and becomes about what the hair or skin actually needs next, and when.
That is the whole idea. A member is not someone who pays less; a member is someone whose next twelve months have already been thought about.
-
A year, not a visit
Every plan runs for twelve months, so the unit of planning is a season rather than an appointment.
-
Credit, not a coupon
The plan opens a wallet held in your name at the salon and drawn down as you use it.
-
A standing member discount
Each plan carries its own member discount, which applies for as long as the membership is valid.
Who membership is designed for
It suits some people and genuinely does not suit others. We would rather say so here than at the counter.
This is for you if
- You already come in several times a year, and would rather plan those visits than improvise them.
- You are working towards something over months rather than one appointment — a wedding, a season, or hair recovering from damage.
- You look after hair and skin together, and want one plan that covers both.
- You would rather settle the money side once, so your visits are spent talking about the work.
- Someone else in the family is treated here too, and the year is easier to hold in one place.
This is not for you if
- You are in Haldwani briefly and are unlikely to return within the year.
- You prefer to decide each visit on its own, with nothing set aside in advance.
- You are looking for the lowest possible price on one treatment — a package will serve you better than a membership.
- Your next twelve months are genuinely unsettled, and a year is longer than you can plan for right now.
The tiers
Three tiers, nine plans. They are sizes, not ranks — the tier says how much of the year you are planning for, and nothing about how you will be treated when you walk in.

Every figure here is read from the published plan, unchanged. Which one suits you depends on what your year actually holds — that is a conversation, not a calculation, and these plans carry no closing date to hurry it.
How wallet credit works
The wallet is the mechanism underneath the whole programme, so it is worth stating plainly.
-
The plan opens a wallet
You choose a plan and pay for it once. The plan's wallet credit is recorded against your name that day — there is nothing to activate and nothing to redeem later.
-
The balance is held at the salon
Your wallet sits on your record here, not on a card in your bag or an app on your phone. There is nothing to carry, and nothing to remember at the counter.
-
It is drawn down as you visit
When a bill is settled it is paid from the wallet — services, packages and home-visit charges alike. Whatever is left simply stays there for the next time.
-
One thing it cannot do
Wallet credit cannot be used to buy another membership. A membership is itself a way of paying, and it is not allowed to fund the next one.
-
It runs for the plan's validity
12 months
Each plan is valid for twelve months from the day it is bought. The balance is yours to spend across that year, in whatever order your hair and skin need it.
What a member holds
Three things, and deliberately no more. We would rather a short list that is true than a long one that reads well.
Everything else a member gets is the same thing every guest gets: an honest opinion about what the hair or skin in front of us needs, and a treatment chosen for that rather than for the bill.
-
A wallet balance in your name
The plan's published wallet credit, held at the salon and drawn down against the work you have done.
-
The plan's member discount
A standing discount, set by the plan you chose, applied for as long as the membership is valid.
-
Twelve months to use it
Every plan runs a full year from purchase, which is the window the planning is built around.
Consultation comes first
Memberships are set up in the salon, at the counter, after a conversation — never bought from this page and never on an appointment already in progress.
That is deliberate. A plan is only worth taking if the year behind it is real, so we would rather look at your hair, hear what is coming up, and say plainly whether a membership earns its place for you. Quite often the honest answer is a smaller plan than the one being asked about, and sometimes it is none at all.
For members, the same consultation continues through the year: the plan is revisited as the hair changes, rather than fixed on the day it was bought.
- What you have had done in the last year, and how it held.
- The condition of your hair and skin as they are today, examined rather than described.
- What is actually in the calendar — a wedding, a season, travel, a recovery.
- How often you realistically come in, not how often you would like to.
- Whether the work you are planning is better served by a package than a plan.
- Which tier matches that year, once all of the above is on the table.
Year-round beauty planning
Hair and skin respond to sequence. A colour sits differently on hair that was repaired first; a bridal glow is the result of months of facials rather than the one booked the week before; damage caught in March is a different conversation than the same damage in November.
A membership is what makes that sequence possible to hold. With the year's budget already decided, appointments can be spaced the way the treatment wants to be spaced — not the way the month allows.
It also means the salon can plan with you. We know what you are working towards, so the recommendation in June already accounts for what is booked in October.
-
Treatments in the right order
Repair before colour, preparation before an occasion — spacing decided by the hair, not the month.
-
Occasions planned from far out
A wedding or a season can be worked towards over months instead of compressed into weeks.
-
One continuous record
What was done, what it used and how it held is on file, so each visit starts where the last one ended.
Where a membership is spent
A plan is only as good as the work it is put towards. These are the pages worth reading before you decide on a tier.
- Everything we do
The full range of the salon's work — the ground a year's plan is drawn from.
- Hair treatments
Smoothing, repair, colour and extensions — the treatments most often sequenced across a year.
- Skin treatments
Facials and skin work, where results come from a course rather than a single appointment.
- Bridal makeup
The occasion most worth planning months ahead, and the one members most often plan for.
Questions about membership
The ones we are actually asked at the counter.
Is a membership just a discount scheme?
No. Each plan does carry a member discount, but that is one part of it rather than the point of it. A membership is a way of deciding the year's beauty spending in advance so that treatments can be chosen and spaced properly. If a lower price on a single visit is all you are after, one of our packages will suit you better.
What can the wallet credit be used for?
The salon work you have had done — services, packages and home-visit charges. The one thing it cannot do is buy another membership, because a membership is itself a way of paying and must not fund the next one.
How long does a membership last?
Every plan is valid for twelve months from the day it is purchased. That window is the same across all nine plans, in every tier.
Which tier should I take?
The one that matches what you genuinely plan to have done over the year. We would far rather set you up on a smaller plan you use fully than a larger one you do not, so this is a question we answer after looking at your hair and hearing what is in your calendar.
Where do I buy a membership?
In the salon. A membership is set up against your record at the counter, after we have talked through what your year looks like. It cannot be bought from this website, and it is never added on to an appointment already under way.
Do I need to decide straight away?
No. These plans carry no closing date and no seasonal pricing, so there is nothing to rush. Come in for a consultation, ask whatever you need to, and take the decision when the year ahead is clear to you.
Start with a conversation, not a plan
Tell us what your next twelve months look like and we will tell you honestly whether a membership belongs in them — and if so, which tier fits the year rather than the wallet.
